 Erica D. Sampson is a transformational speaker and International Best-Selling Author. Erica is a Newark, New Jersey native.  She graduated from Malcolm x Shabazz High School and Montclair State University.  She enjoys helping others to dig deep within themeselves to bring out their "best" by understanding they have been designed with purpose and on purpose.  Erica has been a servant leader in the community of Newark for over two decades.    She is the co-founder of their Family owned business called AderaDe, Movement and Motivation, which is a mobile dance, fitness, and wellness company.   At an early age, Erica realized that acting, performing , dancing, speaking, and writing would be a part of her life forever.  She had the privilege to grace Newark Symphony Hall and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center stage, in an off Broadway musical gospel play. Erica also performed on Madison Square Garden Stage in NYC.  Today, Erica is excited to introduce to the world this nonprofit organization -   to be used as an empowerment tool by/for the youth of today and ALL those it is meant for.  Erica's most priviledged opportunity on this  earth, is to be a mom to  three beautiful  souls.   She says they are her greatest teachers on love, which she believes is the catapult of one walking into their greatness
